Inquiry - what is our growth mechanism?
I've managed a board or two in my time and one thing I realized (which probably sounds dead simple when stated) is that if the board doesn't grow, it dies. Attrition is inevitable and as such needs to be offset with growth.
How can we attract new persons? What can we offer that other forums cannot?
